Accessing our Services

Our service can be accessed on a pay as you go basis or via annual subscription. Please contact us for further information on our annual subscription prices. If you opt to pay as you go you will be invoiced once the service has been completed.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Medical information is confidential and is kept in accordance with the Access to Medical Records Act (AMRA) 1998 and GDPR. There are exceptions where we may have to share information;

  • Where the individual would be liable to civil or criminal court proceedings if the information was not disclose
  • Where the individual believes the client or third party is in serious danger e.g. child protection issues.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an appointment 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancelled appointments or failure to attend an appointment will be charged in full.
